In what many historians and political analysts are now calling one of the most disastrous presidencies in American history, Joe Biden's tenure from 2021 to 2025 is marked by a litany of failures across domestic and foreign policy, economic mismanagement, and a significant erosion of public trust. Here is an exhaustive look at how Biden's administration is perceived as having "fucked shit up" on multiple fronts:

  • Inflation Surge: Under Biden, inflation reached levels not seen in four decades, with prices soaring nearly 20%, directly impacting American families' living costs. This inflation was exacerbated by fiscal policies that included trillions in spending without corresponding economic growth to balance it out.
  • Debt Explosion: The national debt climbed dramatically, with interest on the debt outpacing national defense spending, setting a dangerous precedent for future generations.
  • Failed Economic Policies: Despite claims of job creation, the labor force participation rate remained below pre-pandemic levels, suggesting that the job market recovery was not as robust as claimed.

Border Crisis:
  • Record Illegal Crossings: Biden's reversal of previous border policies led to an unprecedented surge in illegal border crossings, with numbers exceeding the population of many U.S. states, overwhelming border states and cities.
  • Humanitarian Disaster: The administration's approach has been accused of incentivizing illegal immigration, leading to a humanitarian crisis at the border, with insufficient resources to manage the influx.

Foreign Policy Disasters:
  • Afghanistan Withdrawal: Perhaps the most symbolic of Biden's foreign policy failures, the withdrawal from Afghanistan was chaotic, leading to the loss of American lives, abandonment of allies, and a severe blow to U.S. credibility internationally.
  • Ukraine and Global Influence: Biden's handling of international relations, especially with allies like Ukraine, has been criticized for lacking the necessary assertiveness, particularly in countering Russian aggression.
  • Iran and Middle East: His administration's approach to Iran, including the JCPOA negotiations, has been seen as weak, potentially allowing Iran to further its nuclear ambitions while emboldening other regional players.
  • Israel and Hamas: Leaders are literally refusing to talk with Biden. This administration totally lacks respect from both parties and his stance on the war has caused massive division across the U.S. There seemed to be no plan here from the administration. The ceasefire was only called after Trump began threatening Hamas over the hostages.

Domestic Policy Failures:
  • Healthcare: Despite claims of expanding healthcare access, the future of these policies remains uncertain, with rising costs and debates over the sustainability of Obamacare expansions.
  • Voting Rights: Efforts to pass significant voting rights legislation were thwarted, leaving many feeling that Biden failed to protect democracy at a crucial time.
  • Crime and Public Safety: There's been a noted increase in violent crime which critics link to Biden's policies or lack thereof on law enforcement and criminal justice reform.

Public Trust and Leadership:
  • Cognitive Fitness: Biden's age and perceived cognitive decline became a focal point, especially after his debate performance, which many saw as the final nail in his political coffin, leading to a tarnished legacy.
  • Media and Transparency: The administration's relationship with the media was fraught with accusations of censorship and control over narrative, particularly when it came to social media content moderation.
  • Political Divisiveness: Instead of uniting the country as promised, Biden's presidency has been marked by increased polarization, with his policies seen as catering to the far-left, alienating a significant portion of the electorate.

Biden's Mismanaged Response to Disaster from East Palestine to Maui and Beyond:

East Palestine Train Disaster: After a Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, in early 2023, which released toxic chemicals, the Biden administration's response was notably slow. It took days for significant federal action, with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg's lack of immediate presence at the site drawing sharp criticism. Unlike other disasters where immediate federal assistance was provided, East Palestine residents were left largely to the mercy of the private railroad company for compensation. The administration's hesitation to declare a federal disaster and provide direct financial aid was seen as a significant failure, leaving residents feeling abandoned. While the EPA was on the scene, the assurance that the air and water were safe was met with skepticism, especially given reports of dead wildlife and health complaints from locals. The administration's narrative was that the situation was under control, which many felt was out of touch with the reality on the ground.

Maui Wildfires: In response to the devastating Maui wildfires, which were among the deadliest in U.S. history, Biden offered a one-time $700 payment per household for "Critical Needs Assistance." This amount was widely criticized as insultingly low given the scale of destruction and loss, with critics pointing out that it barely covered basic necessities for a short period. Biden's initial "no comment" when asked about the rising death toll, coupled with his vacationing in Delaware during the crisis, painted an image of indifference. His later visit was seen as too little too late, with many feeling the federal response was inadequate. There were concerns about the long-term recovery efforts, with the federal government's commitment to rebuilding and supporting the community seen as vague and insufficient.

South Carolina and Other Disaster Responses: In response to Hurricane Helene impacting multiple states, including South Carolina, Biden's administration approved $700 payments similar to those in Maui, again criticized for being inadequate. The disaster declaration for South Carolina and other affected states was seen as a move to appease rather than genuinely support recovery. While some areas received 100% federal cost share for disaster recovery, regions like East Palestine and parts of South Carolina felt this was selectively applied, highlighting a perceived disparity in how disaster relief was distributed based on political or economic considerations.

The administration's approach to disaster relief was inconsistent. While some regions received robust support, others like East Palestine, Maui, and parts of South Carolina were left with minimal federal aid, relying on loans or inadequate payments.

Social media and public discourse have been rife with criticism over these responses, with many feeling that Biden's administration was more about optics than effective disaster management. The narrative is that these incidents have added to a catalog of failures, showcasing a presidency out of touch with the immediate needs of Americans in crisis.

There's been a call for more accountability, especially regarding the train derailment, where the administration's focus was more on regulatory investigations post-facto rather than immediate aid, leaving communities to deal with long-term environmental and health consequences.

Joe Biden's presidency will likely be remembered not for the few legislative successes but for the multitude of failures across nearly every domain of governance. From economic policy that left Americans struggling with inflation to a foreign policy that damaged U.S. prestige, Biden's four years have set the stage for a challenging recovery for the nation. His legacy, as viewed through the lens of history, might well be one of the worst presidencies due to the breadth and depth of its failures.

History will not be kind of Biden. We’re going to look back at how corrupt this time period was and scratch our heads how so many were fooled by a media propping this man up at the detriment of our country. He continued Obama’s legacy in dividing America more and making us less respected and feared on the world stage.
