Donald Trump Strongly Supports IVF And Asks Alabama To Reverse Controversial Court Decision

Today, Trump took to Truth Social to voice his stance, stating, “Like the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of Americans, including the VAST MAJORITY of Republicans, Conservatives, Christians, and Pro-Life Americans, I strongly support the availability of IVF for couples who are trying to have a precious baby.” This comes in the aftermath of a contentious Alabama court ruling that labeled frozen embryos as individuals.

The former president's message also called upon the Alabama Legislature to swiftly address the issue to ensure IVF remains accessible in the state, especially after several IVF providers halted treatments following the court ruling.

Trump's statement is noteworthy as he rarely addresses issues related to reproductive health care. While he has
generally avoided taking a specific stance on abortion restrictions, he has indicated support for exceptions in cases of rape, incest, and when the life of the mother is in danger.

This comes amidst efforts by the Senate GOP to encourage candidates to express support for IVF following the court ruling, while Democrats have directly linked the Alabama decision to concerns about the Supreme Court's recent ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.

Trump’s a piece of shit and is the reason for all of this. Roe v Wade was all his doing and look what it’s lead to.
