Federal agents raided Sean "Diddy" Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged human trafficking. Combs' sons were detained outside the Los Angeles residence during the raid but were later released without charges. The investigation stems from a complaint filed by a Canadian woman who alleges she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped in 2003, implicating Combs and others, though no criminal charges have been filed.

Federal agents conducted raids on the Los Angeles and Miami residences of Sean "Diddy" Combs on Monday, as confirmed by authorities. A spokesperson for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) stated that the raids were part of an ongoing investigation. During the operation in Los Angeles, Combs' sons were reportedly detained outside the home, a standard procedure, and later released without charges.

The spokesperson for HSI New York, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement, stated, "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation." Further details are expected to be provided as the investigation progresses.

Sources within law enforcement, familiar with the situation, revealed that the searches were conducted as part of a federal investigation led by the Southern District of New York, focusing on alleged human trafficking. However, no criminal charges have been filed as part of this investigation.

The investigation stems from a complaint filed in December by a Canadian woman, identified only as Jane Doe, alleging she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped in 2003 at the age of 17. The lawsuit implicates Combs, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and an unnamed third defendant.

Allegedly, Pierre and the third defendant approached the teenager in Detroit, Michigan, claiming association with Combs. Subsequently, they persuaded her to fly on a private jet to Combs' studio in New York City, where she claims she was provided with drugs and alcohol and then assaulted by the defendants.

On December 6, 2023, Combs addressed the allegations on social media, stating, "Enough is enough."
