Ferrari, the name synonymous with speed, power, and luxury, has once again captured the hearts of car enthusiasts worldwide with the unveiling of their latest masterpiece, the 12Cilindri. Inspired by the iconic Ferrari Gran Turismo cars of the 1950s and 1960s, this new two-seater sports car is a stunning homage to the golden era of automotive design and performance.

The 12Cilindri, powered by a mid-front-mounted, naturally-aspirated V12 engine, is a testament to Ferrari's commitment to preserving the legacy of the legendary V12 engine. With 819 horsepower and 678 Nm of torque, this car promises an exhilarating driving experience that is sure to make even the most seasoned drivers feel alive.

The design of the 12Cilindri pays tribute to the classic Ferrari GT cars of the 1960s. Its sleek lines and aerodynamic profile evoke memories of a bygone era, when cars were not just a means of transportation but symbols of freedom and style. The rear of the car features a black manta hatch with "wings" and the classic four rear lights, a nod to the iconic 1972 365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe.

Ferrari's latest offering is not just about aesthetics and power. The 12Cilindri is equipped with advanced chassis control systems such as Side Slip Control and a four-wheel steering system, ensuring that it sticks to the road like a true sports car should. The hardtop version of the 12Cilindri is priced at €395,000 (R7.86m), while the convertible Spider version, the 12Cilindri Spider, is priced at €435,000 (R8.65m).

The 12Cilindri and 12Cilindri Spider are more than just cars; they are time machines that transport us back to the golden age of sports car racing. As Ferrari continues to push the boundaries of automotive design and performance, one thing is clear: the spirit of the 1960s lives on in the 12Cilindri.
