The official partnership between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and SKIMS has been unveiled today, marking a significant multiyear partnership. SKIMS is now the official underwear partner of the NBA, the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), and USA Basketball.

Expressing her pride in the partnership, Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder & Creative Director of SKIMS, remarked, “I am incredibly proud of SKIMS partnership with the NBA, as it is a reflection of SKIMS growing influence on culture. Together, SKIMS and the NBA will connect people of all backgrounds through fashion, sport, and talent, and I look forward to seeing the partnership thrive.”

Jens Grede, Co-Founder & CEO of SKIMS, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the NBA’s significant impact on pop culture, entertainment, and fashion. “Our partnership marks a remarkable opportunity for SKIMS and the NBA to work together on what it means to engage the next-generation of fans through basketball,” Grede stated.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver praised SKIMS as one of the most culturally-influential brands, expressing anticipation for the unique experiences and premium products that will be offered to NBA fans and SKIMS users through the partnership.

The collaboration aims to leverage the power of basketball to generate excitement and demand by showcasing unexpected interactions between SKIMS, the NBA, WNBA, and USA Basketball. Fans can anticipate witnessing the partnership come to life at future marquee events, including NBA All-Star and the NBA In-Season Tournament.

Additionally, SKIMS Mens was launched on October 26, introducing three collections of everyday essentials designed with comfort as a top priority. The brand celebrated the launch with a new campaign, “Every Body is Wearing SKIMS”, featuring NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and other official athlete endorsers.

As part of the partnership, SKIMS will receive media exposure across various league platforms, including on-court virtual signage during NBA and WNBA national broadcasts, as well as on the leagues’ official social and digital platforms.
